Working in the spheres of education, counselling and fitness, our team have lately all encountered numerous inquiries and calls for advice from our relatives, friends, clients and colleagues as for how to go about different aspects of life.
Many have discovered that skills and abilities they have are either not working effectively or are no longer enough to navigate through changes. Coupled with uncertainty and unpredictability, changes are causing stress, shatter mental well-being, ruin careers and relationships.
This is why we have come up with the idea of ReNew.
